Banana, Oatmeal, Raisin Cookies

Preheat oven to 350:

  1. 3 ripe bananas smashed

  2. 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  4. 2 cups oats

  5. 1 cup dried fruit of choice

  6. 1 Tsp vanilla

  7. 1 Tsp cinnamon

  8. Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or nuts of choice

Mix ingredients together and spoon on to cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
